The next step in modern, automated manufacturing in Australia, the TruLaser Weld makes it possible to create fine weld points of just a millimeter in diameter in an instant, to producing deep-welded seams stretching over several meters.
It can weld materials with both a high melting temperature and high heat conductivity. As a result of the minimal melt with short, controllable duration, you can also join materials that would otherwise be difficult or even impossible to weld.
Robots, lasers, processing optics, enclosed protective housing, and positioners – TruLaser Weld 5000 is the next generation system for automatic laser welding. It can flexibly weld deep and strong seams or nicely rounded, smooth seams using one system.
